Prelaunch status
The optional prelaunch deposit is USD 5 and is refundable. Email signup is free. A deposit is separate from a Kickstarter pledge and does not place a product order.
Before you pay
To request a deposit refund, contact support@hanakuto.com. Refunds are returned through the original payment method. Payment-provider processing times may vary. A paid USD 5 deposit locks the USD 279 VIP launch price. Shipping and local taxes are separate. Any purchase credit and redemption instructions will be stated at checkout. Product-return and campaign-cancellation terms are separate and must be reviewed before backing or buying.
