Shipping is estimated to begin in May 2027. The planned sequence is tooling at 1,000 backers, T0 (~45 days), T1 (~60 days), production within 45 days of T1 approval, overseas warehousing, then approximately 2–5 days for local delivery.
No. The 304 stainless-steel tray is fixed and formed in one piece, with no seams or loose parts where waste, debris, or moisture can collect. Wipe or rinse it in place, following the product care instructions — no disassembly needed.
Shipping and local sales taxes are collected after the campaign through the Pledge Manager, based on your address. We cover customs clearance and import duties, with no additional charges for these on delivery.
Facial recognition, visit tracking, and behavior alerts are intended for launch. Stool analysis is in active development and will continue to improve through free OTA updates.
AI processing runs on the device. Recordings are stored on your own TF card. Local AI processing does not require uploading recordings to the cloud.
Use absorbent, clumping litter. Tofu litter is excluded because its softer clumps are not suitable for this sifting mechanism.
A 2-year worldwide warranty is standard, extending to 3 years if the $600,000 stretch goal is reached.
